It would be nice if this entity was responsible to its customer base and was run by adults. I have tried repeatedly to get a resolution to my problem of a failed account set up. You have commandeered my phones MSID and I would like it released. Bob of ringplus closed my ticket without first checking to make sure that the problem was solved. He sent a form that I had stated I could not follow because my account has not worked from day one. I don't have any of the options in the list, therefore I am not able to upgrade, cancel, port out or anything. Would someone please look into this and fix it.
